Shandong Tongxin Aluminium Industry Co., Ltd. is equipped with the leading apparatus, including one 1400E quadruplex irreversible type aluminium cold rolling mill production line, thickness inspector from DMC, 4 sets of national leading ∮650×1950 double-roller Dual drive casting rolling machines, 2 sets of 400*1000*1950 cold rolling machines, online aluminium fluid refining system, inclining casting rolling machine production line, continuous casting rolling rod production line, one 1250 extruding production line, wire material production line and one 265*630*1450MM aluminium foil rolling machine. Our main products are aluminium sheets and aluminium alloy sheet (flat sheet, pattern sheet and coining sheet), coil, pipe, bar, wire, raw, belt, foil, and so on.

We also have 4 sets of 10 Tannealing furnaces. We now mainly produce more than 10 series of aluminium sheet aluminium alloy sheets (1 series, 3 series, 5 series, 6 series, 8 series, and so on), belt, foil, pattern sheets and coining sheets. All our products have the certificates of ISO9001 and 9002(2000) quality systems, some of them ate the "good products" of China, Province and Ministry. According to Chinese standards, we now mainly produce 31 kinds and over 2,800 specifications of products, which are widely used in aerospace, instrument, chemical industry, building, packing, air conditioning, solar energy, refrigerator, washing machine, anticorrosion, Insulating and automobile industry, etc. Now, our products are well sold in 24 provinces, cities and autonomous regions of China, including Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning, Hebei, Henan, Tianjin, Beijing, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Ningxia, Gansu, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Fujian, Shandong, Hubei, Hunan, Guangdong, Guangxi, Sichuan, Shaanxi, Shanghai, and Xinjiang, etc; Moreover, our products are exports to more than 20 countries and regions such as Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Australia, Philippines, Singapore, Nepal, Egypt, Jordan, Iraq, Cambodia and Greece, etc. At present, our main products are: thickness 0.012—100mm, width is 10—2100mm aluminium sheet belt materials, aluminium coil materials(length of sheet materials is: 700—6500mm, peritoneum is optional); 0.150-0.145*1300mm air conditioning foil; 0.15-0.2*500mm cable foil; 0.02-0.05mm packing foil. Our products can meet can meet such standards as 1100, 1145, 1050, 1060, 1070, 1200, 3003, 3A21, 3004, 3005, 3105, 5052, 5005, 5A06, 5083, 5754, 5182, 6063, 6061, 8011, and so on, and their states can meet: F, H112, H12, H14, H18, H20, H22, H24, H26, H32, H34, O.
